The 2009 SCOA Championships were held at the TVOC Chiltern Challenge  at Christmas Common on 31st May 2009.

British Orienteering and the clubs of the South Central Orienteering Association welcomed competitors to a weekend of orienteering in the New Forest on 28 February - 1 March 2009 which incorporated:

• British Orienteering Long Distance Championships
• UK Cup and Future Champions Cup race for Elite competitors
• British Orienteering Relay Championships
