This year's SCOA Team Championships took place at the Sarum Moonrakers Event held at Fonthill on Sunday 7th July.  The event format was a Harris Team Event where teams of 3 had to collect all the controls on the course between them, together with a 'spine' of mandatory controls that all members of the team had to visit.  Controls could be visited in any order and the team time is taken from the last person on the team to finish, so careful planning is needed to ensure the controls are evenly distributed amongst the team members.  Time penalties are added for any controls that are missed.

Sensing an opportunity for victory, BADO's BAD Tigers team switched to the Open class on the morning resulting in a win for Craig, Jane and Katie Blackford.

In the Handicap class, BKOntenders (Ian Cooper, David Jukes, Martin Wilson) finished in a handicap time of 1:07:43 (actual 0:55:43) beating BAD Cheetahs (Andy Macgregor, Mike Frizzell, David Watkins) who finished in a handicap time of 1:11:39 (actual 0:56:39).  Third place went to BKOnsistent (Dick Rae, Katy Stubbs, Simon Turton) in a handicap time of 1:26:13 (actual 1:12:13).
