Attached please find the final details for the JIRC. My apologies for the delay but there have been a couple of last minute hitches we have had to resolve. Having spent all today on the area I am sure you are going to experience some challenging courses, which is what it is all about.

Note that the Men's start lists were updated at 2202 on Tuesday 20th June. A SWOA M14 runner was inadvertently omitted in the Start Lists issued earlier in the day. As a result, all start times on M14 from 1309 onwards are now later by two minutes.
